Analysis

Context: While enrolled in EME601 during the fall of 2014, students were challenged to analyze and describe an organization in systems terms through the completion of several major assignments; systems analysis, needs assessment, and job task analysis.

Conditions: These were individual assignments with no budget and each had a three week completion window.

Scope: These were assignments submitted throughout the semester in preparation for the final project. Minor changes were made based on instructor feedback.

Role: This project was an individual effort with the support several SMEs within the organization. The organization selected for analysis was Sigma Delta Tau sorority due to instructional need, familiarity, and access to subject matter experts.
